My client is an international law firm who are looking for a HR Manager to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The HR Manager will be responsible for the management of all levels of HR queries across the firm, reporting directly into the Head of HR, the key duties will include:  

  • Provide advice to Partners & employees in relation to ER cases and performance issues
  • Monitoring HR workload
  • Assisting the management of maternity/paternity
  • Provide support to payroll and benefits officer
  • Develop expertise on HRIS systems
  • Monitor absence
  • Provide active support to the firms Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Ad hoc project work

 

 

The HR Manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience ideally gained within the legal sector or professional services with a full CIPD qualification. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, they will have very good attention to detail and will have strong analytical and numerical skills. They will be a real team player with a commitment to delivering an excellent HR service.
