A well-regarded Top 100 law firm in Manchester city centre is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) to join their leading department.
Their Clinical Negligence Department is highly respected and as such attracts an excellent level of top tier work. They are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and have a team of over 20 fee earners. Several clinical negligence partners in the team are Chambers-ranked and recognised as leaders within the field.
Your role as the clinical negligence solicitor will be to manage a caseload of complex claimant clinical negligence files (including brain injury, birth defect, cerebral palsy, spinal injury and delayed diagnosis leading to serious injury matters).
You must be a qualified clinical negligence solicitor with strong academics and a track record in managing your own clinical negligence caseload (likely gained in a similar Legal 500 ranked clinical negligence department). In addition, you will be used to providing the highest possible level of client service.
Strong technical abilities are an absolute must as is excellent communication skills.
