A leading global law firm, with wonderful city offices, seek an experienced Legal PA to join the IP, Media and Technology team on a 9 month fixed term basis to cover a maternity leave. Joining a niche team, you will support a team of fee earners, with their day to day schedules.
Duties will include diary management, liaising with clients, arranging meetings, preparing legal correspondence and documents, recording time, dealing with expenses and invoices and travel and visa arrangements. Given the fast paced nature of the role, you will need previous experience as a Legal Secretary. As well as this, you will have a flexible approach to work and be able to build strong team relationships.
