- Managing/running own caseload
- Sales and purchases of residential properties
- Land Registry work
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Conducting searches
- Re-mortgages
- Transfer of equity
- Right to buy transactions
The Candidate
- Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent client care skills
- IT proficiency including use of case management systems
- Taking a proactive approach, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
