An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a top tier, Legal 500 ranked Employment Team in Leicester as an employment solicitor/legal executive.
My client is often regarded as having the best Employment Team in the East Midland's market. They have an enviable client base, typically working on behalf of employers from SME's to larger corporates, both regionally and nationally.
The successful candidate can expect a good mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters, including but not limited to, unfair dismissal & discrimination issues, redundancy & restructure and TUPE and employment tribunal litigation.
If you are successful, you will join a professional and collegiate team of employment specialists who are recognised for the quality of work that they deliver.
The firm invests highly in the team, and as such, you will get the opportunity to be involved in lots of business development and marketing initiatives, so someone who has a particular interest or expertise in networking would be highly desirable.
You will ideally have between NQ to 5 years of PQE to fit in with current team structure, however, those outside this banding will also be considered so please do apply. Relocators to the area are also welcome.
