A large local authority based in East Anglia is seeking a locum Planning Lawyer to join them on a full time basis as soon as possible to assist with a busy workload within the team.

The Planning Lawyer is required to undertake a caseload of planning and highways matters on behalf of the council. This council is a County however they undertake work for other local authorities which include Districts and Boroughs which gives an excellent variety to your caseload.

The Planning Lawyer role duties include;

  • Planning and highways agreements (S106, S278, S38)
  • Planning advice
  • Planning committees
  • Planning enforcement notices
  • Development work

There is scope for up to 2 days working from home for this role and flexible working opportunities. This role offers a warm, friendly and small team which you will be joining alongside a well-established client department.
