An ambitious Senior Child Care Family Solicitor is wanted for a rewarding lead opportunity with a well established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm. An ambitious Legal 500 rated law firm my client has made a number of key hires in the last 12 months and is continuing to grow its legal service offering.

The successful Solicitor will head one of the top rated Child Care teams in the country. Day to day duties will include the management of a varied and challenging caseload of public funded child care matters including child protection issues, child abduction and special guardianship. Excellent interpersonal skills will be employed offering high quality legal advice to clients in often stressful situations and undertaking advocacy and representing clients at Court. The Head of Child Care will also supervise less experienced members of the team, managing and driving their professional and personal development.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE gained in a high street or regional law environment, Panel membership is also essential.
