Long-term Conveyancing Locum Required – South West – Starting Late September
A long-term opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Residential Property Locum to join a highly reputable law firm based in the South West. This role will be to support during a period of permanent recruitment from late September initially through to January, with possible extension.
Our client is offering challenging and rewarding work, with dedicated secretarial support provided on a full-time basis. Due to the volume of the caseload, candidates who can offer full-time hours are preferred. It is essential that you have previous experience handling all residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion and to include sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership.
The firm is well connected to transport links and easily commutable from London and Avon.
