A major biotechnology company in Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel in Life Sciences to provide advice on a variety of legal matters and transactions, including commercial contracts, supply, collaboration and licensing arrangements, protecting intellectual property rights and acting as a partner to the business on strategic, corporate and compliance matters. Candidates should be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE with experience of working in the Life Science sector or advising Life Science companies, with business law experience gained at a law firm or in a corporate legal department, with experience in areas such as data privacy law, german company law, commercial litigation, competition and anti-trust laws. Candidates must be fluent in English and be able to read and speak German at a high level.
