Are you an experienced conveyancing assistant/conveyancing paralegal seeking an opportunity to join a Legal 500 listed full service firm, offering CILEX?

If so, I have a rare opportunity to join an award winning property team in Mansfield.

The firm is a progressive and forward thinking, highly regarded by its clients due to the professional and efficient service it offers. It is at the forefront of developing innovative, intuitive and time saving technology through the use of a CSM system and central support.

Due to growth, the firm is now looking to add an additional conveyancing assistantl to support the fee earner with a varied caseload which includes; sales and purchase, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, new builds, transfer of equity. Daily tasks will include; pre/post completion checks, creating initial packs, land registry, searches and delivering first class service to clients.

For this role, it is essential you have had experience within residential conveyancing and excellent communication skills to liaise with people at all levels. You will be working very closely with a fee earner, gaining first hand experience of a busy conveyancing team so you will hit the ground running!
