Our client is recruiting for a 2+ years' PQE corporate solicitor to join its Corporate Team based in Oxford.
Suiting a solicitor who has trained at a top regional or city firm, this practice offers exposure to big transactions, well-known company clients and highly regarded work.
Supportive and entrepreneurial, this firm will provide you with every tool you need to progress in your career.
You will deal with small to large M&A matters, together with capital markets work (LSE listings, AIM and PLUS markets), joint ventures and private equity transactions.
The firm's clients are drawn from the IT, financial services, retail and leisure sectors, so experience dealing with a similar client base would be advantageous.
There is an existing caseload ready to be taken on and the role comes with genuine medium and long term prospects.
It would particularly suit a recently qualified solicitor looking for a more realistic work/life balance.
