Interim Intellectual Property Solicitor - Top US Law Firm
We had an incredibly exciting opportunity arise with a top US Law firm based in the City of London for an interim intellectual property solicitor.
Due to two fee earners in the department off, due to sick leave, our client is looking for someone to come in and assist the department on an on going basis.
The position will be reviewed on a week by week basis as it is difficult to ascertain how long the two fee earners will be off.
The firm is looking for someone to come and assist on a daily rate and the position could involve working on a number of matters including:
- IP Transactions
- IP & Technology transactions
- IP Procurement
- Data protection
- Copyright and brand protections issues, content licences and software licence
It may not be required to have experience in all the above areas but a strong Intellectual Property background at top law firms/organisations is required.
