This defendant clinical negligence role will involve you in a broad range of high quality clinical negligence matters. You will instruct experts and counsel, draft witness statements, draft reports, interview witnesses, negotiate settlements and attend trials.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a clinical negligence lawyer, ideally with defendant clinical negligence experience. You will either be a newly qualified or have a number of years of experience. You will have good technical skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
