I am working with a firm who have an exciting opportunity for an Employment solicitor to join their Employment team in the Preston office.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will be joining the Employment team who deliver an exceptional service to their clients providing proactive support and advice to a wide range of businesses from SME's to multi million pound organisations on all manner of contentious and non-contentious matters.

As an Employment Solicitor you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a practical and commercial approach to your work together with a passion for Employment Law and an appetite for ensuring that you keep up to date with the latest legislation.

Principal duties and responsibilities
Drafting and checking documentation for our clients in accordance with Employment Legislation.
Providing answers to incoming queries from clients in a precise and timely manner.
Highlighting any potential risk to the clients in order to protect their business.
Recognise areas within policies and procedures that need updating and expanding.
Ensure that all advice given to clients is recorded/documented appropriately.
