Conveyancing Manager / Residential Property Solicitor

A well established firm with offices in a central Cardiff location are currently going through a restructure which will allow them to create a highly desirable working environment.

This exciting Residential Conveyancing firm are keen to attract solicitors / legal executives with valuable experience in residential property to lead teams of between 8 and 10 conveyancers from trainee through to experienced levels.

You would be working in a convenient Cardiff location with local parking, a modern and paperless environment with cutting edge software to aid your day to day tasks. The firm is able to offer continued training and development and is authorised to offer accredited conveyancing qualifications in addition to being accredited to offer SRA training contracts to the right candidates.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Leading a team of 8 to 10 direct reports
- Overseeing teams with caseloads of upto 50 files
- Offering continued traning support and development
- Handling complex residential property files

I am particularly keen to speak with candidates who have gained experience in a leading regional, legal 500 or corporate law firm
