Brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join a highly successful US law firm. The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will work as part of the HR team and will co-ordinate the running of the UK graduate recruitment for London. Key responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will include:
- Relationship building with universities and attending Law Fairs
- Selection of candidates, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Coordination of summer scheme programme, including onboarding and assessments
- Running the trainee induction programme to ensure integration into the firm
- Assisting the Training Principal with the seat planning process, evaluation process and qualification process
- Working with HR Manager in relation to legal recruitment for associates, including managing PSL and coordinating the offer process
- Responsible for reporting on SRA statistics for London office and promoting diversity principles
The ideal candidate for the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator role will have substantial experience of graduate recruitment and general legal recruitment, gained within a law firm. Experience of working with trainee solicitors throughout the life cycle of the training programme is preferred. You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of all levels. Excellent time management and attention to detail is a must!
