The successful IP Litigator will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the IP Group's Litigation team and will enjoy working with experts in Intellectual Property. Working closely with a wide variety of clients you will have the opportunity to advise on a range of disputes and related advisory covering: Trade Marks; Designs; Copyright; Confidential Information and everything IP!
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a real affinity for IP and Brand Protection and looking forward to a healthy diet of IP Litigation. With regards to level it is thought that the successful IP Litigation Solicitor will have already developed, 1,2,3,4 or many more years PQE to be able cope with the work flow which is waiting.
