This is a great opportunity for a property litigation solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE to work for a reputable firm in Orpington.
You will run your own varied caseload encompassing all aspects of residential property disputes.
Your experience must also include experience of dealing with commercial property disputes, leasehold property and service charge disputes, housing management litigation, disrepair, injunctions and anti-social behaviour work, along with, general property disputes including boundaries, trespass, easements, leasehold enfranchisement, commercial lease disputes and lease renewals.
