The Role

This Top 20 UK firm are looking to for an Corporate Tax Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) to join the team in their Flagship City of London office.

You will work within a Legal 500 ranked department, working with a team of highly skilled tax lawyer delivering clear strategic advice. You will provide a full range of tax services which includes UK, International and multi-jurisdictional advisory including M&A, Re-organisation, restructuring and demergers, private equity and joint ventures. As well as Employment taxation, EIS and VCT schemes and structuring; real estate tax including tax structuring of complex development projects.

You will be working within a firm investing inside Corporate offering you all the career progression you need to propel your career forward. You will be active in developing your practice as well as working with leading departments.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Tax Solicitor with 5+ years PQE experience
• You will have had strong experience working within a leading law firm
• You should have a strong technical knowledge and be commercially astute
• Excellent communication skills and interest within Employment
• Salary is well above market rate and is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus a market leading bonus and benefits structure.
