An international firm in Manchester is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join their highly regarded team. Working closely with the wider national corporate team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of complex, high value transactions.

- Modern offices in a prime location in Manchester City Centre

The Role

- The corporate team offers a wide range of legal services to a diverse client base
- This includes entrepreneurial businesses and large, well-known public and private corporations
- You will support Partners on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, cross-border transactions, equity capital markets and some private equity work
- Whilst based in the Manchester office, you will also have the opportunity to work with fee earners in other offices, including London

The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Corporate Associate, 3PQE+
- Excellent corporate experience from a respected firm
- Strong academic record
