An experienced Conveyancer is wanted for a Legal 500 law firm in their Leeds office to join their growing Property Department. This role offers a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.

The ideal candidate is required to have a minimum of 12 months experience in Conveyancing. You will be able handle a full caseload of conveyancing work upwards of 50 files and ensure that all transactions run smoothly. You should be fully experienced in all aspects of this type of work including purchases, sales and mortgage transactions and you will be client focused to ensure their best interests are served and acted upon.
Applications are invited from ambitious Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers. You will be a good team player with a pro-active attitude who is capable of handling their own caseload and keen to develop business and network opportunities. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent client care and communication skills.
