Responsibilities of your new role
Key elements of your new role will include:
- Joining a busy team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work
- Largely acting for employers
- Working alongside Legal 500 recommended Partners and Associates
- Handling a varied caseload including drafting contracts/settlement agreements/policies, corporate support work, tribunal representation, advising on helpline type enquiries from clients, restructuring and outsourcing advice amongst other issues
Candidate profile
Your application to this Employment Solicitor role should demonstrate:
- 5+ years of PQE
- Strong commercial experience at a reputable firm
- Excellent relationship and client handling skills
- Clear enthusiasm for employment law
- The ability to lead on employment tribunal matters
