My client is a leading Coventry Legal 500 practice with several offices spread around the county, with an excellent track record in the areas of residential conveyancing, commercial, family, private client and litigation work. They have a large property team which deals with work sourced largely through local contacts, agents, and repeat and referral clients.
The senior residential conveyancer role, based at their Coventry office, would require you to undertake all aspects of the residential conveyancing process including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases.
You will carry out the work in an expeditious manner which meets the standards required by Lexcel. As a senior residential conveyancer, you will be expected to carry out additional duties including managing, training and supervising the wider team, managing budgets and targets and business development to build the team's and your individual profile in the property market.
