Corporate solicitor

Two Employment Lawyers who have previously worked at international and heavyweight regional firms are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their boutique commercial law firm. Based in Manchester, this role is offered full-time on a permanent basis and is ideal for an existing Partner or an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for a clear route to Partnership.

Responsibilities of your new role

The key duties of your new role as Corporate Solicitor will include:

• Leading the corporate offering and running with big ticket M&A transactions
• Managing a steady flow of work from both national plc clients and local SME's plus new work won through the firm’s increased profile in the market and the success of their experienced business development director
• Acting for an impressive clientele including major corporates, multi-jurisdictional manufacturers, IFA's and SME's

Candidate profile

The firm is looking for a Corporate Partner or someone at senior associate / Legal Director level looking for a clear route to Partnership. However, no following is required as work is readily available and the pipeline strong.

Benefits

The successful Corporate Solicitor will be offered £50,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
