Real Estate Agriculture

THE FIRM:

Our client is a major UK regional law firm working within a diverse range of business sectors from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a talented real estate agriculture lawyer to join a highly successful team working with a mixture of investors, trustees and rural property owners as well as not for profit organisations to manage their estates and investment properties.

You will have plenty of direct client contract and be working on a mix of acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, farms and estates, agricultural and business tenancies and farming partnerships, contract farming and joint venture arrangements

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be a real estate lawyer at NQ level with a proven training real estate property seat gained within a leading and well-regarded national or regional firm.

Strong academics and a 2:1 degree or above are required and you will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure.

You will have a commercially astute attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure; in return you can expect to be offered outstanding career progression.
