Transactional Paralegal - Projects/Energy/Construction - Dubai

An opportunity has arisen for a bilingual (Arabic/English - written & spoken) Transactional paralegal to support a global law firm's projects, energy and construction team. This role is permanent and is based in our client's Dubai office.

A significant amount of work will be cross-border, working with our clients global network of offices, and you will be required to travel. You will be working on complex, multi-jurisdictional and ground-breaking projects across a wide range of sectors, including power, renewables, water, healthcare, education and transport.

Candidates should have in-depth experience of reviewing bid documents and supporting complex cross-border corporate transactions. Prior, significant and relevant experience at a leading international transactional team in the region is essential.

You must have excellent academics including a law degree (LLB) and preferably LLM. The LPC is also preferred. Your IT, communication (at all levels) and organisational skills must be exemplary.
