Leading UK firm, with one of the best commercial litigation groups in the City, is now looking for a commercial litigator, preferably with at least 2PQE, to join its highly regarded, specialist private client and pensions disputes practice.
This high profile team is currently engaged in wide range of High Court cases, including high value, complex professional negligence (acting on behalf of both defendants and claimants) and contentious trusts and pensions disputes (often involving allegations of fraud).
The partners are seeking a bright, ambitious commercial litigator with commercial litigation experience gained within another leading commercial litigation practice. The right person for this position will have an excellent academic background and a passion for complex commercial litigation and the black letter law. Prior exposure to specialist private client and pensions litigation would be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role, running your own matters (under supervision) within a very collegiate but high profile, market leading team.
