Corporate Energy 3PQE+ International City firm

Opportunity for a corporate lawyer, preferably with at least 3PQE, to gain experience of a broad range of mainstream corporate work with a focus on the energy sector, working closely with London based partners on a range of national and international energy transactions for major "name" corporate and private equity clients.

Candidates for this position will have experience of advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and investment structures with the energy sector. Some experience / knowledge of the electricity sector would be highly desirable. Experience of private equity work would be an advantage but is not essential.

The preferred candidate will be keen to develop his/her client skills and to get involved in business development and to contribute to the further growth of the corporate energy practice.
