Description
As the Corporate Solicitor you will support on wide ranging Corporate deals from Corporate Finance, M & A, Capital markets and more. You will join a large team and be expected to assist on business development and building relationships with other departments in the firm.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with connections to Leeds. Given the nature of the Corporate deals it is likely that the successful candidate will come from a mid to large law firm. The department is open minded on level.
