Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint a construction lawyer to join their office based in Doha. The team are recognised for their focus on both the energy & construction sector and work with both domestic & international clients on a large scale. They have a great deal of experience in advising developers, funders and investors on the development, financing and operation of a wide range of energy & construction projects and activities.
The role is for a lawyer with up to 4 years experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in work relating to various areas of energy law such as
- Renewables;
- Power generation
- Nuclear
- Mining
- Oil & gas.

- Contract drafting
- Sub-contracts
- Collateral warranties
- Third party rights
- Bonds and guarantees
- Drafting bespoke construction contracts and terms and conditions of business
