A plot sales solicitor is sought for a top 50 law firm in their vibrant and expanding Plot Sales Department in Birmingham.
As a plot sales solicitor, you will play a key role in the team focusing on site setup, providing technical support for the wider team and working alongside acquisition lawyers specialising in development.
This role can offer four or five days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong residential conveyancing background with experience of running files from instruction through to completion. Experience in site set up would be advantageous.
You must have plenty of motivation with an ability to work in a high pressured and demanding environment. The role would suit somebody who enjoys client contact so communication is key!
