A Global listed name in the Staffing Industry are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their growing Legal Team in London. The successful candidate will be able to provide efficient and comprehensive end-to-end litigation service to the business as well as their umbrella brands. Working on your own caseloads that will include: Contentious client debt recovery, claims brought against the group, enforcing restrictive covenants, breach of contract and infringement of trademarks.
A fantastic opportunity for a contentious Solicitor who has always been keen on a move In-House. Civil litigation backgrounds are desirable as well as 2 to 3 years experience with Litigation law.
