LAW Absolute have partnered with an independent asset management company who are seeking an interim lawyer for six months to assist with an intragroup reorganisation.

The role

The candidate will be responsible for assisting with an intra-group reorganisation alongside routine business and operational matters. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing new service provider contracts and updating fund documents
  • Reviewing our client counterparty and supplier agreements as part of the reorganisation
  • Updating KYC documentation
  • Drafting and notifying clients, key counterparties and suppliers to our clients such as novation agreements or consent
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders advising on internal documents and policies

The candidate

Our client is seeking a UK qualified Solicitor with a corporate or investment funds backgrounds with experience within a financial institution. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
