Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive looking for a new Residential Conveyancing role in Sheffield? We have a brand new role on at a firm who have been established for over 200 years, and are recruiting for a position that is immediately available.

Joining the Residential Conveyancing team, you will be Fee Earning by handling your own caseload along whilst assisting the director with their caseload. The cases you will be covering include leasehold, freehold, sales & purchases, shared ownership, and new builds to name a few. You will be dealing with these cases from start to completion, carrying out title checking and all the usual transactional processes.

Ideally the firm would like to take on a Licenced Conveyancer or a Chartered Legal Executive with a fantastic working background of Sales and Purchase matters. If you are not qualified, we would still urge you to apply if you are working towards qualification of some type. You must have strong team working skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and desirably experience of work generation and bringing on new business.
