This top global heavyweight is looking for a Financial Services Litigation PSL to support the financial services disputes, financial crime and cyber practices. Although based in London and primarily supporting the London team, the PSL/Knowledge Lawyer will have a global remit, supporting and working with practitioners across the firm on these areas.
Supporting the development of the practice both internally and externally will be at the heart of the Knowledge Lawyer's role. There is a strong external-facing aspect to this role, by identifying opportunities for client-facing Knowledge, contributing to client conversations, networking with external bodies and producing thought leadership pieces etc. The Knowledge Lawyer will also support the delivery and ongoing development of legal services through know-how products, training, and by acting as an internal advisor to fee-earners.
Applicants must have a high level of experience of advising financial services firms on disputes, investigations and risk management and a strong understanding of the financial services sector and the legal and commercial risks it faces. An understanding of cyber and financial crime related risks and a willingness to continue to learn about these evolving areas will also be useful.
