An outstanding opportunity for a personal injury team leader has come up for an experienced professional to join the Halifax office of this well known personal injury firm!
The successful personal injury team leader will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in a team leader or management role in a similar environment to this leading, specialist insurance litigation firm.
In addition to your caseload, (adjusted to give you space and time to lead), you will mentor a team of personal injury motor claim handlers and litigators, with a focus and passion for individual and team coaching and development.
With experience gained in a similar specialist practice or insurer background, you will be looking for a role with stability and security, excellent long-term client relationships and a steady flow of high-quality instructions to develop your skills and expertise.
This role will suit a paralegal/solicitor/fee earner/legal executive who has led a team in a similar environment. Defendant experience is preferred for this role, claimant experience may be considered.
