Paralegal

A household name within the food & drinks industry is currently seeking a paralegal to join their in-house legal team in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with between 1 - 2 years' experience working as a paralegal on corporate/commercial matters, ideally within an in-house capacity.

The successful candidate will be part of a 6 person strong team handling a broad range of commercial matters from drafting and revising commercial contracts across a range of jurisdictions to ensuring legal compliance in all areas of the Group's EMEA operations.

Ideally you will have obtained the LPC and be able to demonstrate high commercial awareness and excellent written and oral communications skills.
