This popular Mid-Atlantic law firm is looking to hire an associate into their finance practice in the London office. The role will involve a variety of financing transactions including debt capital markets, structured products, receivables financings, restructurings, acquisition finance, real estate finance and aviation finance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with market-leading partners on highly-quality transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience gained at a highly regarded finance practice. Some aviation finance experience would be beneficial. Strong academics and excellent drafting skills are required for this role.
