Restructuring Lawyer- Bristol- 5yrs to Partner

My client is an exceptional Top 100 UK law firm with a small but successful insolvency practice operating across their offices including in Bristol.

Although already established in Bristol with good success, they are now looking to gain market share by bringing in an experienced restructuring lawyer ideally at Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level and if not with established portable contacts then at least some good contacts in the market.

Your experience will need to major on the restructuring side for this role as opposed to mainstream "insolvency" work and you will have good expertise in turnaround work as well as non contentious restructuring matters.

Your role will entail you working closely with a range of clients managing their restructuring and refinancing arrangements and ideally you will have gained experience across both contentious and non contentious matters. You will enjoy playing a key and lead role in increasing the team's presence within the market and will have a proven record in business development that supports this.

A real one off in the market and an opportunity for an experienced restructuring lawyer to take a step up or a Partner to enjoy a lead role but with the cushioning of an already established team being in place.
