THE FIRM:
Our client is a leading regional law firm based on the South Coast.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join the firm's highly regarded team.
You will be supporting partners on a range of commercial property on a range of commercial transactions, advising clients on a range of issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be at the NQ-5PQE level with a proven track record from a top regional or national firm with an established property department.
You will have a sound grounding and experience in commercial property including landlord and tenant.
Strong academics and a 2:1 degree or above are required.
You will be client focussed and be commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
