Property Litigation Solicitor

THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading regional law firm based in the South of England with an enviable track record advising both commercial and private clients.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for an ambitious property litigation solicitor to join the firm's growing and highly regarded litigation team recognised in managing high profile complex litigation.

You will be working on wide and varied matters for high net worth individuals, local businesses specialising in areas of commercial and residential property including landlord and tenant, construction and planning.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be at the 2-4PQE level with strong academics and a proven track record from a top regional or national firm, with an established property litigation department.

Experience in advising clients on possession of residential or commercial property, contract disputes, debt recovery and easement and covenant disputes are some of the types of knowledge required.

You will be client focussed and commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in return for which you will have excellent support and training to enable you to develop your career.
