THE ROLE
For an experienced insolvency lawyer to join a team which acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including those involving fraud, across a wide range of sectors.
The team also advises on administrations and CVAs; both formal and informal procedures including all forms of receivership and liquidation. Insolvency Act claims, trading claims and fraud, directors' duties, solvent and insolvent restructurings.
ABOUT YOU
An insolvency lawyer currently at Associate level with around 2-4PQE, you should have both contentious and non-contentious experience gained working in a well regarded practice.
