THE ROLE
For an insolvency litigation lawyer 1-4PQE to join a team which acts for insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies, directors and other stakeholders in both formal insolvencies and financially distressed situations.
The core focus of the insolvency practice is on insolvency litigation, acting for office-holders, businesses, directors, creditors, regulatory bodies, debtors and individuals.
They advise on all aspects of corporate and personal recovery, experience of which the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will possess a willingness to work on a variety of matters and the ability to work both within a team on substantial document heavy cases and also to manage their own caseload.
Experience of liaising directly with clients and counsel is essential.
You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and if foreign qualified you should be in the process of undertaking the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT).
Although a following is by no means essential, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have some good contacts in the insolvency market.
