Commercial Finance Director

Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world whose legal specialists operate in a multitude of sectors, including financial institutions, energy and natural resources, food and transport.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Director who will be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s commercial performance.

You will lead a well-respected team of 50 across a range of disciplines whilst supporting the senior leadership team and the wider partners group, driving improvements in all aspects of commercial performance, whether on pricing, leverage, working capital, etc., through to business cases for strategic lateral hires and acquisitions in support of our strategic ambitions.

Candidate Profile

• A qualified accountant, preferably with a professional services background, who has an excellent track record and experience.

• Establishes strong internal relationships across the business, particularly with key stakeholders such as members of the Executive, Sector Leads, Practice Group Heads and International Managing Partners.

• Commercially focused approach with an ability to manage and embrace change.
