My client is one of the largest global legal business's. Their purpose remains to transform legal services through their people and clients, with a vision of growing their international footprint over the following years.

The Regulatory, Compliance and Investigations team is looking for a Senior Associate to join the London team and support the national (and international) financial services regulatory investigations and white-collar crime practice. The matter you will handle in this role will be predominantly contentious, albeit there will be some advisory work, generally around financial crime, SM&CR and corporate governance/board effectiveness.

What You'll Need

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

  • 5 years + PQE

  • Significant experience of managing regulatory investigations, including FCA, PRA and professional disciplinary matters including the FRC, SRA and ICAEW as well as white collar crime cases.

  • Ability to achieve continuous improvement and development

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will be working closely with a number of Partners, particularly the Head of Financial Services Regulatory Investigations.

  • Dealing with a wide array of regulatory and white-collar crime investigations.

  • Working with a range of client, including; brokers, insurers, (foreign) banks, investment firms and CEO/CFOs and other professionals
