Two Residential Property Locums – South Wales – Immediate Start

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Residential Property Locums to join a top-tier law firm in their South Wales office. This role suits candidates with immediate availability who can commit to an assignment for 4 weeks. You will be supporting a busy team and handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.

The work will involve all common matters related to Residential Property with a particular focus on cases dealing with trusts, purchases and ancillary matters such as death of an owner or transfer on divorce. An element of supervision will also be necessary as you will be dealing with checks and queries from junior members of the team.

Our client is offering a competitive hourly pay rate of up to £45 per hour. In addition, the firm is situated close to transport links and is easily commutable from both London and the South West.
