They are looking for a 7+ years PQE Solicitor to join their team in either Birmingham or Leicester on a Part Time basis (3 days per week). Responsibilities include:- Drafting, reviewing, maintaining and updating precedents, practice notes, checklists, toolkits, clause banks and all other forms of know-how documentsFacilitating the collection of useful know-how from fee-earners in the group, reviewing this and making it available for sharingDevelop and maintain a comprehensive, accessible firmwide KM system, on which all practice group know-how is maintained.Structuring, classifying, and maintaining all their practice group know-how on the system and improving infrastructure and functionalityDeveloping structured and other relevant legal training for all members of the practice group to ensure that they are skilled to the highest levels of competence and practice for their roles. The role may involve delivery of training depending on the requirements of the groupFacilitating and leading know-how meetings and other knowledge sharing activities, such as project debriefs, to ensure that key knowledge areas, new developments and the practical knowledge and experience of the group's fee-earners are shared amongst themProviding practically based, supplemental alerts to the group, that do not replicate the current awareness alerts available from external resources, but which highlight important developments and the practical implications for fee-earners that flow from themAssisting fee-earners with technical queries and helping them use the firm's knowledge resources to carry out their own researchAssisting with knowledge related BD If this sounds like the kind of firm you would like to work for, please apply ASAP. ; 01275 463111.
