Construction Lawyer

Our client, a Top City Law firm, is seeking a construction lawyer for a period of 6 months with the potential for an extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded practice. You will be responsible for supporting the real estate team with various construction related matters including Planning, procurement, project funding and more. You will be adaptable and able to apply a commercial perspective to your day-to-day tasks.

Due to the nature and responsibilities involved, the firm is seeking someone with 3 years PQE minimum, and you will have experince dealing with specific construction matters and have expereince in residential, mixed development projects and commercial developments.
