A White Shoe Law Firm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate for their award-winning team in London. This US firm is known for their long-standing reputation in the market due to their collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Role Description
In joining this highly regarded team, the Structured Finance Associate will:
- Work with a range of clients including major financial institutions as well as corporate clients of all asset types
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop expertise within the sector under the supervision of recognised Structured Finance Partners
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a Structured Finance Associate who can demonstrate:
- 0-4 years’ PQE as a Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
- Experience at a law firm recognised for its Finance practice (specifically Structured Finance and Derivatives)
- An excellent academic background including a degree from a highly regarded university
- Exposure to and understanding of Equity, Credit, Energy, Commodities, Interest-rate and FX (advantageous)
- The ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs

On offer for the Structured Finance Lawyer:
- £130,000 - £190,000 per annum
