This high profile Legal 500 firm is now looking to expand their office in Stamford with the appointment of a residential conveyancing head of department.
Leading a small team, you will assist 2 other fee earners, a caseworker and an admin assistant and you will be visible to estate agents and other referrers in the area.
The head of residential conveyancing will pick up a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
This is an area of high net worth wealth and it is anticipated you would have the opportunity to handle high value property sales and purchases and, on occasion, clarify complex queries.
With your strong organisational communication and interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for the distribution of work within the department and of nurturing the progress of the staff who report into you.
